Your Yoga

Yoga Asanas ( postures ) and pranayama ( yogic breathing) work together so it feels natural as we become more familiar with our inner selves and our energy body so it can help us in our daily lives.

There is a morning class for an hour and a half, it always includes a relaxation - one of the most important things for all of us is to learn how to relax !
